Day 1 (8.30 am – 5.00 pm Classroom Presentation + site visit
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made 14 or more working days in advance of the event date are eligible for a 100% refund or transfer. Cancellations made 7-13 working days in advance can be transferred with a $150 transfer fee or will incur a 20% fee for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 working days in advance can be transferred with a $150 transfer fee or will incur a 30% fee for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred with a $150 transfer fee.
