Refund & Transfer Terms:

14+ Working Days Before Event – Full refund or one free transfer to a future event.

7-13 Working Days Before Event – Transfer available with a 10% administration fee. – If opting for a refund, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

3-6 Working Days Before Event – Transfer available with a 15% administration fee. – If opting for a refund, a 30% cancellation fee applies.

Within 48 Hours of Event – No refunds available. – Transfers permitted with a 20% administration fee.
